Avon had the classic small-cap business problem: great products, but a disjointed story. Employees felt connected to their individual division, but not the group; investors couldn’t see where future value would come from. A new leadership team created the opportunity to change this. We helped Avon articulate a clear, cohesive narrative and a strong shared purpose – then brought it to life in a two-day event: a leadership conference for the top 50 managers from across the group, combined with a capital markets day for new and future investors. Within months, Avon was delivering record growth and the share price had more than doubled.
