Howden’s business has grown rapidly, with a series of acquisitions making it a real force in the insurance market. Along with that expansion, though, comes the need to bring different workplace cultures together into one brand, one set of values, one consistent way of doing things – made doubly tricky when many of those employees work in branches away from the centre. We’ve worked with the HR and comms teams to create a series of films based on informal conversations with senior leaders, helping to establish a warm and natural sense of shared identity and values.
