We helped the new owners articulate their ambitious plan to win back trust and turn the business around. Within three months, Majestic was back beating profit targets, customer satisfaction has steadily improved and the business is now one of the UK’s top-rated employers (Glassdoor, 2022).
Listening Groups

Employee listening groups have become a key part of Majestic’s calendar: an opportunity for people from every part of the business to share ideas and air concerns. Designed and facilitated by 66, the sessions are fast-paced, energetic and frank – using illustration as a way to capture and articulate themes more clearly and powerfully than words sometimes can.
